On November 30, 2012, Pacific Premier Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has received regulatory approval from the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and the California Department of Financial Institutions for its acquisition of First Associations Bank.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
