On May 15, 2006, Home Solutions issued a press release reporting earnings for the first quarter of 2006 and updated financial projections for calendar year 2006.  A copy of the May 15^th press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, is being furnished pursuant to Regulation FD and is incorporated by reference herein.
