This year, Colony Ridge proudly celebrated the grand opening of our new office at 2850 County Rd 3549, Cleveland, TX 77327. This milestone was more than a ribbon-cutting—it was a celebration of community spirit. With live music, delicious refreshments, and family-friendly activities like a sports clinic and bounce houses, the event brought together local officials, business leaders, and neighbors in a shared moment of pride and excitement.
The opening of Fire Station 872, operated by dedicated volunteers, strengthened emergency services for our residents, ensuring a safer community for all. Meanwhile, the addition of First Liberty Bank expanded financial accessibility, empowering residents with essential resources.
Our partnership with ILTexas BG Ramirez K-8 School during Teacher Appreciation Week reminded us of the incredible role educators play in shaping the future. Their dedication inspires not only our children but also the continued growth of Colony Ridge as a whole.
New businesses have breathed fresh energy into Colony Ridge. The opening of Subway at Santa Fe Plaza, alongside favorites like Domino's Pizza and Pizza Hut, added delicious dining options for residents. New Family Dollar and Dollar General Market locations made everyday shopping more convenient, offering fresh produce and essentials.
