Friday Sector Laggards: Real Estate, Semiconductors

In trading on Friday, real estate shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 2%. Helping drag down the group were shares of reAlpha Tech, off about 25.7% and shares of Douglas Elliman off about 4.4% on the day.
