Legacy Mortgage, LLC Announces New Partner Jake Donovan

HANOVER, N.H. - Feb. 20, 2024 - PRLog -- Legacy Mortgage, LLC is proud to announce a new partner, Jake Donovan. As of January 1, 2024, Donovan has joined existing partners Rob Messenger and Jessica Irwin in leading the Hanover, NH based mortgage brokerage.

Veteran Upper Valley mortgage lenders Rob Messenger and Jessica Irwin founded Legacy Mortgage in 2020. Jake Donovan was among the original employees starting his time at the brokerage as a Loan Analyst, quickly adding Loan Officer licensing in New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, and Florida to his repertoire before becoming a full time Loan Originator with Legacy Mortgage in 2022.

Donovan was born and raised in the Kearsarge area and a graduate of Kearsarge Regional High School before attending Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, MA where he majored in Business and Finance. Donovan moved back to the Kearsarge area after graduating, jumping right into the mortgage industry before accepting a position at the newly founded Legacy Mortgage. Donovan was a collegiate athlete, playing soccer at Eastern Nazarene and has supported local programs as a coach and player upon his return to the Upper Valley. A member of the Upper Valley Young Professionals and the Lake Sunapee Region Young Professionals Network, Donovan has committed to enriching the community and participating in countless programs and events that help make the greater Upper Valley a wonderful place to work and play.
