Integrated property company Barker Associates has signed a lease for a new office in Birmingham to support its plans for growth.
Nurton Developments has let 3,900 sq ft at Trigate on Hagley Road West to the consultancy.
Barker Associates is looking to double its headcount in the next year across its four UK offices. Roles include architects, engineers, and building surveyors.
Partner Rob Gould said: "We have been investing significantly in our people strategy to capitalise on demand for organisations decarbonising estates as we move towards Net Zero in 2030.”

Nurton Developments has invested over the past few years, adding a new reception area and amenities. The site offers 72,000 sq ft of space across seven floors.
