‘It’s getting close’: As the megadrought grinds on, Arizona working to meet water demands

As water disappears in Colorado River reservoirs, the Arizona Department of Water Resources and the Central Arizona Project are negotiating with California and Nevada to find a way to meet water demands after the federal government in August ordered further cuts to water delivery in the Colorado River Basin.
