Graham flips on Ketanji Brown Jackson, will oppose her Supreme Court nomination

Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., said Thursday he will oppose Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson's nomination to the Supreme Court, a change from a year ago when Graham was one of three GOP senators to approve Jackson to an appellate court.
