Ukraine-Russia war: Mariupol 'besieged' by Russian invaders who bombed children's hospital, 400,000 trapped

Ukraine's Mariupol has more than 400,000 trapped, including nearly 3,000 newborn babies in dire need of food and medicine, as Russian forces have blocked evacuation routes and fired upon a convoy, Ukrainian officials said.
