Colorado driver smashes into car, nearly hits trooper during traffic stop, dashcam video shows

The Colorado State Patrol released dramatic dashcam video of a trooper narrowly avoiding an oncoming car that smashed into a vehicle he had pulled over for speeding on I-25 to remind drivers of the state's "Move Over" law.
