California man’s 20-year-old cold case murder solved after witnesses became ‘more cooperative,’ police say

Investigators in San Jose, Calif., re-interviewed several witnesses to a fatal gang-related stabbing that happened on Halloween night 20 years ago and were able to use the new information to arrest three men, authorities said.
