Local nonprofit purchase a home

San Diego, California Oct 6, 2021 (Issuewire.com) - Alabaster Jar Project is purchasing a new home to provide long-term care to survivors of human trafficking.  This home, "Grace House"  will provide a safe, nurturing environment for individuals to find healing and gain self-sufficiency after victimization. San Diego is the 8th largest city with the issue of human trafficking.  Once survivors are discovered, there are limited resources.  Alabaster Jar Project provides long-term housing and resources to survivors. Since its inception, AJP has helped over 400 survivors of trafficking and is committed to long-term transformation and empowerment.

Alabaster Jar Project is a 501(c)(3) foundation established in 2013 in San Diego, CA. The mission of the Alabaster Jar Project is to restore and empower survivors of human trafficking and sexual exploitation.

"Grace House has given me a chance to start over. The leaders of the Alabaster Jar Project have given me the grace to learn from my mistakes and grow into the best me that I never thought I could be. I honestly don't know where I would be if I wasn't given this chance at my future. Thank you!" -D.N., Survivor of Human Trafficking
