BigCommerce to pocket up to $335M in latest stock offering

BigCommerce was the 29th largest public company headquartered in the Austin area in 2020 based on revenue, according to Austin Business Journal research. The software-as-as-a-service company that helps businesses set up e-commerce sites is about to have a lot more capital to keep growing.
