Internal State Department cable warned Blinken of pending Afghanistan collapse

A confidential internal State Department memo was sent to Secretary of State Antony Blinken last month, warning against the potential collapse of Afghanistan following the full withdrawal of U.S. forces on Aug. 31, Fox News confirmed Thursday.
