Turley: Biden turning private business into a 'type of shadow state' with 'coerced consent' vaccine approach

Private companies and public agencies who are mandating COVID-19 vaccinations are acting as “a type of shadow state,” Fox News legal contributor Jonathan Turley warned Wednesday, calling them “a vehicle by which the government can do indirectly what it’s not doing directly.”
