Social Link's OSINT tools assemble, analyze, and visualize high volumes of data from open sources such as social media, messengers, blockchains, and the dark/deep web sources. As crimes such as ransomware continue to gravitate towards the dark web, they sought to expand their coverage of this important area of the cyber landscape by tapping DarkOwl's extensive dataset.
Since 2016, DarkOwl has been collecting from darknet and related sources, such as Tor, I2P, chat platforms, ransomware blogs, gaming message archives, paste-sites, and darknet marketplaces. Their data products allow their customers and partners to have insight into these high-risk areas of digital activity, including coverage of emerging darknets and forums requiring authenticated access.
