GreenBank Capital Inc (CSE:GBC) CEO and chairman Terry Pullen speaks to Proactive after announcing the closure of the first phase of a private placement, as well as the doubling of the company's stake in portfolio company CodiKoat.
The placement included the current board of directors and Pullen says he expects that to send a "fantastic message" to potential investors.
