Soltis Investment Advisors Appoints Jeffrey Harris as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Partnerships to Accelerate Strategic Growth

Soltis Investment Advisors (“Soltis”), a Registered Investment Adviser ("RIA") with more than $10 billion of client assets, announced today that Jeffrey Harris will join as its new Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Partnerships to support its strategic growth efforts.

Harris will lead Soltis' acquisition strategy, focusing on identifying, evaluating, and integrating partnerships that align with Soltis’ mission and help to expand its capabilities, geographic reach, and long-term client value.

“Jeff’s track record of building trust and creating alignment makes him a natural fit for our partnership-first approach to expansion,” said Kim Anderson, CEO of Soltis. “He brings the perfect mix of experience and strategic vision to help Soltis scale as a national wealth management platform for advisors.”

Prior to Soltis, Harris served as Associate Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Carson Group, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the firm's footprint and capabilities through synergistic partnerships. He brings deep expertise in sourcing and integrating advisory firms, contributing to organizational growth and enhanced client offerings.

“Soltis stands out for its outstanding organic growth as a firm, and [proprietary] strategies our advisors use to increase their client bases and ultimately community influence,” said Harris. “I’m excited to help shape our rapidly expanding geographic footprint alongside such talented individuals who are just as passionate about making meaningful contributions to our industry.”
