Federman & Sherwood announces that it filed the first two class action lawsuits against Integris Health, Inc. (“INTEGRIS”) regarding the recently announced data breach. On January 5, 2024, INTEGRIS began to notify individuals that it experienced a data breach after an unauthorized third-party accessed sensitive patient and employee data. According to INTEGRIS, they determined that information stored on their servers may have been subject to unauthorized access on November 28, 2023. INTEGRIS determined that the information exposed in the data breach includes: name, date of birth, contact information, demographic information, and Social Security number.
