NXT Capital announced today that Jake Fisher has joined the company as Managing Director, Investor Solutions.

In this role, Mr. Fisher is responsible for capital development and managing relationships with institutional investors across the globe. His role will also include product development, investor marketing, due diligence, onboarding, and ongoing customer service.

Mr. Fisher has 18 years of experience in capital development, origination, underwriting and legal roles in below investment grade corporate credit. Prior to joining NXT Capital, he was a Managing Director at Crescent Capital Group, with similar responsibilities serving institutional investors. Previously, Mr. Fisher held various roles at Antares Capital and Citigroup Global Markets. He began his career as a banking attorney at Weil Gotshal & Manges.
