Truist’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) was recognized recently by several organizations, including a prestigious honor for several of our board members.
Savoy magazine named K. David Boyer Jr., Agnes Bundy Scanlan, Linnie M. Haynesworth, and Frank P. Scruggs Jr. to its Most Influential Black Corporate Directors list. Savoy is a national publication that showcases and drives positive dialogue about Black culture.
“We’re thrilled to see our esteemed board members honored with this amazing and well-deserved recognition,” said Kim Moore-Wright, chief teammate officer and head of enterprise diversity. “Diversity of culture, thought and perspectives helps guide us in our purpose, and we’re so fortunate to have David, Agnes, Linnie and Frank on our board, advising and providing their expertise as we shape Truist.”
Savoy’s corporate directors list features an elite representation of executives, influencers and achievers active on the boards of the world’s leading corporations. Previous lists have recognized directors from a broad range of companies—Apple, Nordstrom, PayPal and Marriott, to name a few.
