Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
     On February 12, 2009, Gardner Denver, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2008 and guidance for diluted earnings per share for the first quarter of 2009 and for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2009 (the “Press Release”).
