b. | In the first quarter of 2005, guaranties for EnergyUSA-TPC Corp. decreased $25,750 thousands due to a decrease in activity. |
c. | In the first quarter of 2005, Columbia Energy Services Corporation guarantees decreased $6,942 thousand which decrease over time as performance occurs. |
