On October 31, 2005, the Company issued a press release and on November 1, 2005, held an earnings conference call to discuss its results of operations for the third quarter ended September 30, 2005. A copy of the press release, a transcript of the conference call and certain supplemental information are being furnished with this Form 8-K as Exhibits 99.1, 99.2 and 99.3
