On May 5, 2011, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) approved an increase to the annual base salary of James E. Shields, the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, from $240,000 to $255,000, effective June 1, 2011.
