ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.

On August 1, 2006 Gartner, Inc. (the “Company”) announced financial results for the quarter and six months ended June 30, 2006. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
