FIRM THAT WILL RENDER FAIRNESS OPINION BANCOLOMBIA has engaged CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON LLC, as financial advisor, to evaluate the financial terms of the transaction and provide a Fairness Opinion on such terms.
