The Company held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 12, 2007.  A copy of management's prepared remarks for the meeting is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.  Additionally, a copy of management's slide presentation is available on the Company's website under the links "About AE, Investment Info, Presentations."

Additionally, on June 12, 2007, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors raised its cash dividend  by 33% to an annual rate of $0.40 per share from the current rate of $0.30 per share.  A quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share was declared and is payable on July 13, 2007, to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 2, 2007.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
