AN INCREASED CASH DIVIDEND | ||||||||||||

GOSHEN, Indiana, April 30, 2004 Supreme Industries, Inc. (AMEX-STS) (the "Company") announced today an increased cash dividend on its outstanding Class A and Class B Common Stock. Stockholders of record as of May 10, 2004, will receive three and one-half cents ($0.035) for each share owned on that date, payable on May 17, 2004. This cash dividend is the third quarterly cash dividend (and third increase in dividend payment) since the Company commenced the payment of cash dividends in October 2003, in what the Company intends to be a continuing series of quarterly cash dividends, business conditions permitting. | ||||||||||||
