On April 4, 2017, Finjan Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Finjan Mobile, Inc., released its VitalSecurityTM Gen3.5 Secure Mobile Browser, available in the Google Play Store (for Android devices).

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
