On October 24, 2016, Finjan Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that on October 5, 2016, the European Patent Office has granted its wholly-owned subsidiary, Finjan, Inc. (“Finjan”), European Patent No. EP 1 810 152 B1 titled “Method and System for Adaptive Rule-based Content Scanners.”

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
