BANCOLOMBIA S.A. ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF MEMBER OF THE AUDIT COMMITTEE

Medellín, Colombia, July 28, 2008

On a meeting held today, the Board of Directors of Bancolombia S.A (“Bancolombia”), appointed Mr. Juan Camilo Restrepo Salazar as new member of Bancolombia’s Audit Committee. Mr. Restrepo Salazar has been a member of Bancolombia’s Board of Directors since 2006.

Mr. Restrepo Salazar will be occupying the position left vacant after Mr. Moncaleano Botero tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee.
