BANCOLOMBIA S.A. ANNOUNCES FILING OF SURVEY “CODIGO PAÍS”

Medellín, Colombia, April 29, 2008

In compliance of Decree 3139 of 2006, Bancolombia S.A (“Bancolombia”) announces the availability of a survey regarding its corporate governance practices from January to December 2007 (Encuesta de Mejores Practicas Corporativas “Código País”) at its website, www.grupobancolombia.com.co. The survey was filed by Mrs. Margarita Maria Mesa Mesa, Vice President and Secretary General of Bancolombia.
