Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 25, 2007, Tweeter Home Entertainment Group, Inc. (the "Company") appointed Robert Staples, age 43, to serve as Senior Vice President of Sales and Installation Services. In his new role Mr. Staples will join the Company's executive team. Mr. Staples has been employed for more than 20 years with the Company and has served the Company at every level; from assistant manager to most recently as vice president of sales and in-home installation for the North East.
