    On March 28, 2006, the Corporation filed its annual consolidated financial statements and notes for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2005, and management’s discussion and analysis of financial condition and operating results. The Corporation also issued a news release announcing fiscal 2005 financial results. The information contained in these documents is incorporated herein by reference and filed as Exhibit 99.1, 99.2 and 99.3.
