(1) On July 20, 2010, Mr. Fast contributed 57,157 shares of Crane Co. common stock to the Eric Carson Fast 2010 GRAT No. 2, a grantor retained annuity trust for the benefit of his spouse and adult children.
(2) Between November 1, 2009 and June 30, 2010, Mr. Fast acquired an aggregate of 153 shares of Common Stock at prevailing market prices through the issuer's 401(K) plan.
