RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION AND ITEM 7.01. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.
On March 2, 2010, China Security & Surveillance Technology, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing fourth quarter and full year 2009 earnings and conducted a conference call to discuss those results. A copy of the press release and the presentation slides, which the Company is furnishing to the Securities and Exchange Commission, are attached as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated by reference herein.
