In our Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the SEC on November 24, 2014, we reported that we appointed Joseph L. Neubauer to the Mondelēz International, Inc. Board of Directors. We are filing this Amendment No. 1 to that Form 8-K to report that our Board of Directors appointed Mr. Neubauer a member of the Governance, Membership and Public Affairs Committee and the newly-established Finance Committee, effective January 26, 2015.
