On February 3, 2014, PartnerRe Ltd. issued a press release reporting its 2013 fourth quarter results and full year results. A copy of the press release, as well as a financial supplement, are attached as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, to this Form 8-K and are hereby incorporated by reference to this Item 2.02.

On January 29, 2014, PartnerRe Ltd. issued a press release reporting that its Board of Directors has increased the annual dividend to $2.68 per common share, from $2.56 per common share and declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.67 per common share.
