(b) On November 19, 2012, Andrew T. Libby, Jr., submitted his notice of resignation as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of CytoDyn Inc. effective December 12, 2012. The registrant has commenced an executive search for a new Chief Financial Officer in the Portland, Oregon, metropolitan area.
