On July 1, 2011, CytoDyn Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its new corporate website is available at http://www.cytodyn.com. This site will allow viewers to obtain information regarding the Company as it continues to develop and evolve its science and business. “We feel the new website represents the Company as it looks to the future,” commented Kenneth J. Van Ness, President and Chief Executive Officer.
