(e) General Dynamics Corporation is filing this amendment to its Current Report on Form 8-K filed on March 7, 2011, which reported 2010 bonus payments to the company’s named executive officers. The bonus amount presented for Charles M. Hall in the March 7 Form 8-K was calculated incorrectly. Mr. Hall’s 2010 actual bonus payment was $650,000.
