On December 15, 2008, Chicopee Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Chicopee Savings Bank (the “Bank”), the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, celebrated the grand opening of its new branch in South Hadley, Massachusetts. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
