Item 2.01 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 9, 2007, eGain Communications Corporation (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing certain results relating to the company’s fourth fiscal quarter. A copy of the press release issued by the Registrant concerning the foregoing results is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
