On March 1, 2006, Noble International, Ltd. issued a press release announcing its quarterly dividend of $0.067 per share of Noble International, Ltd. common stock (after adjustment for Noble’s 3-for-2 stock split effected as of February 3, 2006) to be paid March 31, 2006 to stockholders of record on March 17, 2006. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
