On February 18, 2009 Autoliv, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Mr. Per Welin retired from the Company’s Audit Committee and that the Board of Directors elected Dr. Wolfgang Ziebart as a new member of the Audit Committee.

In the same press release the Company announced that the Board of Directors decided to suspend the Company’s quarterly dividend for the second quarter of 2009.
