On September 27, 2018, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer Ernest A. Bates, M.D. and Chief Operating & Financial Officer Craig K. Tagawa of American Shared Hospital Services (the “Company”) delivered a presentation at the Sidoti & Company Fall 2018 Conference that included a written communication comprised of slides. The slides from the presentation are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and are hereby incorporated by reference.
