BANCOLOMBIA S.A. ANNOUNCES THE RETIREMENT OF THE EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT OF SERVICES

Bancolombia announces that Mr. Federico Guillermo Ochoa Barrera, Executive Vice-President of Services, will retire from the Bank effective April 15, 2011.
The Bank and its employees reiterate their gratitude to Mr. Ochoa for his invaluable work and commitment during his 27 years of service to the organization.
