Departure of Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers;
Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 21, 2010, Kenneth E. Jones resigned as a director of Globalstar, Inc. effective October 1, 2010 due to other business commitments.  The resignation did not involve any disagreement with the company.
