On December 28, 2006, E. Michele Vickery resigned as Executive Vice President Operations of NovaMed, Inc. (the “Company”). The Company intends to enter into a separation agreement with Ms. Vickery providing her with severance benefits substantially consistent with those contained in Section 3.3(b) of her employment agreement, as amended, previously filed by the Company.
